With your analytics consent, we also use Vercel Web Analytics, provided by Vercel, for visit and page-view statistics without analytics cookies. Our implementation removes query parameters and section fragments from page URLs before sending them. Manage your choice through cookie settings. Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller is Artemida Art j.d.o.o. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, write to info@artemida.art.
Enquiries and working together
When you send us an email, we process your email address, your name if provided, message content and attachments to respond and discuss a project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and performing a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For other business correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (point (f)). Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot respond without contact details.
We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related correspondence. If we work together, we retain data during that relationship and afterwards where necessary for legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We retain legally required business records for the prescribed periods (point (c)).
Technical data
When you access the website, the server processes information needed to deliver content, such as your IP address, request time, requested URL and browser details. The purposes are operation, security and detecting misuse, based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Technical logs are retained only as long as needed for these purposes and handling security incidents.
Analytics only with consent
Google Analytics 4 is enabled only if you accept analytics cookies. Google then processes data about pages visited, your browser, device and interactions, and network information required for communication. The purpose is to understand website use, and the legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). We do not send the content of your emails to Analytics. Advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in our implementation.
You can withdraw consent using the Cookie settings button on the Cookies page, linked in the footer. Withdrawal stops further analytics and removes accessible analytics cookies from this domain; it does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. If you do not accept, Google Analytics does not load.
Recipients and international transfers
Hosting, email and technical support providers may process data as needed to provide their services, as may competent authorities where required by law. When analytics is enabled, recipients include Google Ireland Limited and its affiliates. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA, subject to applicable transfer mechanisms such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Learn more in Google’s privacy policy and data processing terms.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time. We do not make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Send requests to info@artemida.art. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month. In complex cases, this period may be extended in accordance with the GDPR, and we will inform you. If necessary, we will request only the information needed to verify your identity.
You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or another competent supervisory authority.
Stored preferences and changes
Your analytics consent is stored in your browser for 180 days. Your language choice is stored in a functional cookie for one year. See the Cookies page for storage details and retention periods. We update this information when our processing or services change.
